🌟 POP’s Weekly Encouragement

A new word of hope every Monday from Prince of Peace Church

This Week's Message –March 30, 2026 through April 6, 2026

✨"The Grave Couldn't Hold Him"

📖Scripture Focus: 1 Corinthians 15:55-57  (KJV)

"O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ".

As we approach Easter Sunday, we are reminded of the greatest victory ever won. When Jesus rose from the grave, He didn’t just overcome death—He removed its sting. What once held power no longer has the final say.

The resurrection is more than a moment in history, it is a promise for our present. Because Jesus got up, we can rise above every situation we face. There is no struggle too strong, no burden too heavy, and no circumstance too final that God cannot bring victory out of it.

The grave represents endings, defeat, and hopelessness but Easter declares something greater: there is no victory in the grave. What looked like the end was actually the beginning of new life, new hope, and new possibilities.

Be encouraged this week:

  • Because Jesus rose, the sting of death has been removed

  • There is no situation in your life that cannot be overcome

  • What looks like an ending can be the start of God’s victory

  • The same power that raised Jesus is still working today

  • You are not defeated—you walk in resurrection power

At Prince of Peace, we celebrate the truth that the grave could not hold Him and it cannot hold us back either. This is a season of hope, renewal, and victory.

As you prepare for Easter, remember: because He lives, you have victory. The grave has no power, death has no sting, and your story is not over.
