✨"The Faithfulness of God Never Changes"✨

📖Scripture Focus: Matthew 5:45 (KJV) 

" That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh the sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 

 

This past Sunday, our clocks moved forward as we stepped out of Daylight Saving Time. While our schedules adjust and our routines shift, one thing remains constant is the faithfulness of God. No matter how time changes around us, God’s creation continues exactly as He designed it.​​

​

There has never been a day that any of us can remember when the sun failed to rise or refused to set. Morning always comes. Light always follows the night. This daily rhythm is a quiet but powerful reminder that God is dependable and His promises are sure.

​

​​Jesus reminds us in Scripture that God allows the sun to rise on both the just and the unjust and sends rain on all people. His provision, mercy, and grace reach far beyond what we deserve. Each sunrise is evidence that God is still sustaining the world, still watching over His people, and still fulfilling His word.

​

Sometimes in life our personal seasons may feel dark, uncertain, or delayed. But just as surely as the sun rises each morning, God’s faithfulness never fails. When we cannot see what He is doing, we can trust that He is still at work behind the scenes.

Be encouraged this week:

• Every sunrise is a reminder of God’s faithfulness

• God’s timing never fails, even when ours feels uncertain

• The same God who orders the sun and seasons is ordering your steps

• His mercy is renewed with every new day

​

At Prince of Peace, we are reminded that if God has never failed to bring the sun up in the morning, we can trust that He will not fail in our lives either. His consistency in creation reflects His consistency toward His people.

​As you move through this week, remember: the same God who governs the sun, the seasons, and time itself is faithfully guiding your life—one day at a time.​​​​
