Pastor John Gidden, a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church, is deeply committed to transforming lives through the gospel of Jesus Christ. His journey in ministry, fueled by a profound desire to serve God, encompasses various roles such as teaching Sunday school, preaching, evangelism, community outreach, and participating in music ministry.

In 2005, John's path led him to Saint Louis, where he joined the Prince of Peace Church (POP Church). It was here that he formed a partnership in life and ministry with his wife, Rebecca Gidden. Together, they have dedicated themselves to serving both their local community and the POP Church congregation.

Elevated to the roles of pastor and first lady in June 2017, John and Rebecca have been proactive in exploring new ways to foster positive change and cultural impact within the community. With over three decades of combined ministry experience, they have been firsthand witnesses to the miraculous work of God, including healings and deliverance from addiction. Their vision is to spread hope and revitalization in challenging environments, building and reinforcing community bonds, and conveying the transformative message of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
