God is our Provider

As we move through another week, many people are carrying the weight of financial burdens, rising costs, job uncertainty, and concerns about how they will provide for themselves and their families. It's easy to become discouraged when we focus on what we lack instead of the God who has promised to supply our every need.

​Jesus reminds us to look at the birds of the air. They do not worry about tomorrow, yet our Heavenly Father faithfully provides for them each day. If God cares so deeply for His creation, how much more will He care for His children?

This doesn't mean we won't face difficult seasons or moments of uncertainty. It means that even in those seasons, God remains faithful, he is our provider. He often provides in ways we don't expect and at times we don't anticipate, but His timing is always perfect.

King David declared, "I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." (Psalm 37:25, KJV). What a comforting promise! God has never abandoned His people, and He will not begin with you. His provision is not limited by the economy, the opinions of others, or the challenges of this world.

Be encouraged this week:​

• God knows every need before you ask.

• The One who feeds the birds will faithfully care for you.

• God's provision is not limited by your circumstances.

• Trust God's timing, even when you cannot see the whole picture.

• Worry cannot provide, but God always can.

• The righteous are never forgotten by their Heavenly Father.

At Prince of Peace, we want to remind you that your hope is not found in your paycheck, your savings, or the economy but it is found in God, our Provider. Continue to trust Him, remain faithful, and believe that He will open doors, make a way, and supply every need according to His riches in glory.

As you move through this week, refuse to let fear overshadow your faith. Lift your eyes to the One who has never failed His people. The God who has sustained you in the past will sustain you today and 

tomorrow. Rest in His promises, walk in faith, and remember: our Provider has never missed a need, never broken a promise, and never forsaken His children.

May God richly bless you and strengthen your faith throughout this week.
